I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was really good and the rooms were big and nice. I was impressed that the rooms had a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk away from the metro station, easy for me to explore other parts of the city. It was a nice change to be on the Asian side of the city and experience something different. The staff were helpful and polite, making my stay even better. This hotel is definitely child-friendly, a bonus for families.

Conveniently located near a metro station and supermarket. Room had useful amenities like a washing machine and microwave. Friendly staff and a lovely pool. Great for those visiting for cosmetic work in the area.

The breakfast was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. The staff, especially Mr Ibrahim the general manager, were incredibly nice and accommodating. Despite the ongoing problems in Istanbul, the hotel operated perfectly and extended my check-out time without any extra charge.
Felt very comfortable, nothing to complain about.

The hotel had excellent service, with quick delivery of a baby cot and a plate of fruits upon arrival. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. I especially enjoyed being able to have breakfast on the terrace by the pool. The hotel's location was perfect, with a metro station right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore all parts of the city.
During check-in, the hotel asked for a $400 deposit for both of the rooms I booked, even though they had already charged me the full amount a month before.

The hotel is conveniently located near Maltepe metro station, which allows for easy access to different parts of the city. It is also situated near a beautiful park on the sea side, offering stunning views of the Princes Islands. The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities like a washing machine and microwave, making it convenient for longer stays.
The cleaning staff sometimes neglected to clean the rooms properly, which was a bit disappointing.

the spacious, modern, and clean bedrooms have unique features such as a washing machine, high, tech in, room TV system. the large and airy dining room has lots of natural light with good service.
Although this hotel is of great value, there was only a minor issue with the outdoor pool. the pool was beautiful and large with only 15 sunbeds.

We stayed at a 5-star hotel and were really impressed with the luxurious amenities. the indoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness centre were absolutely amazing. the restaurant served Halal food which was really delicious and the poolside snack bar was a great addition. We also enjoyed spending time in the sun loungers and garden area.
There was a small problem with the service. We requested an in-room breakfast which didn't arrive on time.
